Being a little kid going to Connie Mack Stadium, first I would say his name"Cookie" never new is real name back then. Just watching him play he was so versatile playing every position, even getting to pitch in 1967. Remember him able to bunt with perfection, a lost art today. He could to the job of any teams four bench players combined today.
