I would like to nominate Randy Jones for "my" HOMer. Jones lost 22 games in 1974, won 20 in 1975 and finished 2nd in Cy Young voting, then won 22 in 1976 and won the Cy Young award....all while pitching for bad San Diego Padres teams.
