OBC - Old Baseball Cards

Tribute Page for Mike Glasser

From Steve Sankner: Mike was a very kind & generous member of OBC. On a few occasions he would send me a box of cards instead of an envelope. I had once mentioned that my grandson Austin, age 10, started collecting cards with me as a weekend project. Well once Mike found out that Austin was a Yankee fan, he mailed two boxes of UV Yankees to my grandson. Austin was surprised & thrilled and spent the next few weeks sorting almost 2,000 cards. Austin is now 18 but he still remembers that one of Grandpa's friends, Mr. Glasser, was so kind to a little boy he never knew. Rest in peace Mike. Steve Sankner
