Doug Smith is a member of OBC with a permanent status of Limited, as a result of rejoining the group through the normal procedure of returning from Inactive status, after finishing serving a prison sentence of seven years for the crime of possession of child pornography. Due to this conviction, Doug is a REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER. The initial status classification was awkwardly designated as 'Member Emeritus In Perpetuum' but was changed by the OBCAC to a more direct and meaningful description.
